If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process exchanges or refunds within 3–5 business days.

Faulty items: You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the item is faulty. For faulty items, you have up to 14 days to request a full refund. After 14 days, you may be offered a repair or replacement, and if that’s unsuccessful, a refund.

Processing your return: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible, typically within 3–5 working days.

You can track your order if you selected a tracked delivery option at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery.


If you did not choose a tracked delivery service, we will still send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped, but tracking information will not be available.


Please note: Only orders with tracked delivery can be monitored during transit.
